Key Holding & Response Services

A new policy for police response to alarms has been introduced by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO). The policy puts the onus of responsibility firmly on you, the owner of the premises, to ensure the alarm is genuine and that a police presence is necessary at the premises.

Safe & Secure provides a fast, effective response to any security emergency or alarm activation by sending trained officers to investigate and take the appropriate action when we become your key holder. This reduces the burden of your staff responding to alarms especially at late hours of night. This service operates weekdays between 16:30 Hrs to 09:00 Hrs and 24Hrs during weekend and Bank holidays.

In the event of alarm activation, our response team will respond immediately, investigate the cause of the alarm and reset the alarm if the alarm does not appear to have been caused by an intruder. We will then liaise with the alarm Company and local police if necessary and arrange for any additional emergency services required such as boarding up. This ensures an excellent relationship with your local police as they respond as and when required.
